There is nothing quite like taking a 3 to 4 hour nap after lunch in the heat of the afternoon. Although it can be rough waking up, feeling like a zombie, not caring that you have work soon and without reason. This nap can give you that little jump of energy when you have had a bad night’s sleep. Without a doubt having the nap capabilities allows you to not feel stressed about sleeping well every single night. The grind of the 9 to 5 can creep up on you, every day that same routine. But like I said, it is a question of being able to wake up in time, tick-tock tick-tock.
